I’ve ordered from this company twice, and the products themselves are great. The necklaces and bracelets are beautiful and good quality.
However, the customer service has been frustrating. Shipping took quite a while, and on my most recent order I received the wrong bracelet color. I’ve emailed twice about exchanging it and haven’t received a response. I also asked a question about a Spanish version of the bracelet and didn’t hear back on that either.
I’m not trying to be negative — just sharing my experience. The products are lovely, but communication and customer support could definitely be improved.

Great bracelet but need to add bigger sizes for those like me with bigger fists and wrists. Otherwise a great product.
Love it. Use it as farewell gifts for current missionaries. Wish the medallion were a bit bigger. And wish they came in more languages. All great tho!
